This was a contract position with Rockwell Automation working for Eli Lilly. I was a project administrator for the validation dept. I scheduled the engineers, processed their payroll and travel expenses. I was also responsible for tracking expenses associated with the validation of each project and reporting to the supervisor anticipated expenses and total anticipated revenue. I left this position when the contract expired, and decided to open my own business.

This was a startup company, I set up their bookkeeping system and purchasing system with
Quick Books, I was responsible for Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Scheduling engineers to work on jobs, Purchasing for office and jobs, setting up and maintaining the benefits package and 401k accounts. I did the quarterly taxes and all accounting functions for this company. I left this company due to the death of one of the owners.

During my career at the counseling center, I covered the entire accounting department. I did Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Billing to insurance and Medicaid, Monthly reports to the state, quarterly reports to the state, yearend reports to the state. This was a very demanding position, with no room for error as any errors would have cost the center state funding. I left this company to return to Indiana.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of accounting and management. I am proficient with Quick Books, Word, Excel and other computer software. I feel I would be an asset to any office looking for a professional employee. I learn new things quickly, am good at problem solving and working with people.
