• Design of BIW Welding Fixtures and Grippers for the car panels like Door panel, Tail gate, Front floor, C-pillar panel, front wheel and rear wheel panel, Underbody etc.

• Detailing of Grippers like Handling grippers, process gripper.

• Preparation of BOM by Carsima & KSL tool.

• Quality Control- Checking of 2D & 3D.

• Software used- CATIA V5
