- Coordinated with Sedgwick County managers and human resources to identify training needs
- Created user guidance and training manuals for multiple applications for the 2000 Sedgwick County employees. Training materials included Outlook, OneNote, Excel, Word, and Cisco Jabber
- Created training videos with “Camtasia” software for applications. Training videos were uploaded to the Sedgwick County “SharePoint” intranet site and to “DocsToHelp” to simplify access to digital manuals
- Provided classroom and virtual Microsoft Office suite training to Sedgwick County employees

- Created and implemented a project plan to convert the old mainframe appraisal application, Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA), to a new version client/server based CAMA system for Sedgwick County. Actions included processing mainframe data, consulting with vendor for sever topology application, testing of new processes, informing clients of changes, and deploying training to the end users.

- Led technical staff of four to provide support to the Sedgwick County Appraiser's division
- Managed applications such as a software that tracked all protested appraised valuations, a commercial sales database, and the mobile home valuation database
- Developed new processes with the State of Kansas technology group and several software vendors such as the legal protest hearing process and agriculture valuation
- Created and provided personalized training of new processes to managers and staff members
- Developed and provided training for new reporting software tools used by the department
- Managed CAMA for Sedgwick County to comply with the State of Kansas mandate
- Extracted data used to analyze computer assisted mass appraisal for the Assessor/Appraiser’s office and the State of Kansas
