Operations Director (KSA & BAHRAIN) - February 2017 till date.

- Report directly to the VP, responsible for a business unit in both countries, ensuring the smooth running of 25 existing stores with 11.9K SQM, effective performance management of operations & area managers, shop managers & sales associates with current team 180 employees, taking overall responsibilities of 4 brands.

Duties:

Overseeing the daily tasks and duties of area managers in KSA & BAHRAIN based on KPI’s given.

Conduct regular stores visits to review operational standards procedures and monitor quality of customer service in all stores.
