Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer (static equipment).

Employer: Al-Barrak Industrial Services Company (ABIS) at oil & gas and petrochemical plants in Saudi Arabia.

Plant: Saudi Aramco, SABIC & Equate petrochemical plant.

Responsibilities & duties:

Carrying out Maintenance activities in Static Equipment’s like Steam Reformer, Reactor, Boilers, Heaters, Distillation Column, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Fin Fan coolers, Pipe lines and other miscellaneous equipment’s

Giving technical maintenance support during Turnaround& shutdown activities and ensuring that the correct components and procedures are followed to ensure quality control.

Responsible for fully understanding the scope of work and planning the work in conjunction with the assigned supervisors and engineers.

Responsible for monitoring progress and adherence to the plan during execution and providing recommended corrective actions based on analysis of schedule and financial data.

Required to manage all turnaround financial and schedule reporting and forecasting.

Working as (project in charge ) at Saudi ARAMCO from March 2017 till now In Shedgum, Hawiyah, Uthmanyiah and Haradh areas in gas well head maintenance

Responsible for gas well stripping out and remanifolding for all piping spools, all instrument, electrical devices, connection and piping supports according to aramco schedule, well revision (1 to 7) using cranes/forklift and backhoe loader.

Responsible for gas well tightness and hydro test up to 10000 psig testy pressure according to aramco schedule,well revision (1 to 7) using high pressure hydro test pump and 15000psi approved manifold.

Working as (project in charge office based) at Saudi ARAMCO from August 2016 till March 2017 In Gas upstream Div.in Shedgum,Uthmanyiah two gas wells head/flow lines construction under Aramco PMT,PID&VID .

Reviewing all drawing for two well head and related 6 inch flow lines (4.8km&3.7km).

Preparing all technical queries for all projects (mechanical, structural works, electrical /instrument/civil and cathode protection works) and giving the recommendation for the team to overcome any project issues.

Responsible for subcontract all project subcontractors/suppliers, and dealing with them from technical and procurement sides(valves testing, RTR construction, instrument calibration, cathodic protection installation, structural fabrication, bolt torqueing /hydro testing, laying up or pigging, equipment suppliers

Responsible for two project hydro testing up to 18000Psig test pressure.

Pre commissioning for all E&I works, project walk through, and punch list rectification.

Working as (project construction in charge ) at Saudi ARAMCO from May 2016 till march2017 In Yanbu Refinery plant in installing of N2 piping system

Performing prefabrication,erecting, installing by welding,NDT 10% RT,and hydro testing, sandblasting and painting for 3&4 inch pipe line 4500 LM .

Installing five equipment (two pressure vessels, two compressors, one metering unit skid).

-Responsible for cleaning 3 big bonds by wet super sucker and hydro jetting machines 15kpsi.

Working as (project engineer ) at Saudi ARAMCO in May 2014 TRS Riyadh Refinery plant :

performing prefabrication,demolishing,erecting, installing by welding,NDT 100% RT,and hydro testing for 18,16,10,4,3,2.5 inch heater off gas pipe line 218 Lm,and supports, and installing four flame arrestors 10 inch.

Working as (T&I Engineer)at Saudi ARAMCO, Shedgum Gas Plant (SHGP) T&I (January 2014 & March 2014) in Sulfur Recovery unit (SRU#3)&(SRU#2) at the following jobs:

Unloading / screening then loading for several types of catalyst (ceramic ball, Activated Alumina, Titanium) for Three converter beds, the total capacity is (350 ton). By using super sucker machine, cyclone hopper, loading hopper, funnel, screening machine.

Unloading then loading for activated carbon of three BTX drums, total capacity is (240 m3). By using super sucker machine, cyclone hopper, loading hopper, funnel and Breathing apparatus.

Working as(T&I Engineer) at Saudi ARAMCO, Uthmania Gas Plant (UGP) T&I (October 2013) in Sulfur Recovery unit (SRU#2) & Gas Treat unit (GT#3) at the following jobs:

Unloading / screening then loading for several types of catalyst (ceramic ball, Activated Alumina, Titanium, Super clause ) for three converter beds, total capacity is (300 ton). By using dry super sucker machine, cyclone hopper, loading hopper, funnel, Breathing apparatus and Vibro screening machine.
