Classworks integrates with Renaissance via the Renaissance Growth API. The enhanced alliance between Renaissance and Classworks leverages cutting-edge interoperability to allow Classworks Individualized Learning Paths to be automatically generated and assigned to students based on Renaissance learning progressions and the skills identified as needing work.

Developed test plans for the integration of pulling student test scores from the Renaissance Growth API.

Wrote automated API tests within Postman.

Created SQL data verification scripts to ensure scores and alignment information was stored correctly into the Classworks system from Renaissance Growth.

● NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (NWEA) Integration (April 2017 - August 2017)

Developed test plans for the integration of pulling student test scores from the Renaissance NWEA Measures of Academic Progress (NWEA) API.

Wrote automated API tests within Postman.

Created SQL data verification scripts to ensure scores and alignment information was stored correctly into the Classworks system from NWEA.

● IMS Global OneRoster Integration (January 2017 - August 2017)

Using the IMS Global OneRoster standard we were able to automatically provision users, classes, and group enrollment information based on the user data in a Districts student information system.

One roster has highly rigorous rules for their CSV formats. Multiple files were uploaded within a single zip file, and the extracted and processed. Each file linked to another based on a GUID for classes/school enrollment.

Created test plans for uploading CSV files into the Classworks system.

Wrote SQL verification scripts to ensure data validation based on the information read in from the CSV files.

Used data compare tools to compare file diffs between the sql queries and the csv files.

● IMS Global LTI Integration (October 2015 - July 2016)

Using the IMS Global LTI standard we were able to create a system to allow for Learning Management systems to authenticate with Classworks. This allowed for users to create links to material within their LMS, such as Schoology, and then login to Classworks and play the lessons they created within Classworks.

Created test plans for the project and hired additional testing resources.

Wrote selenium automation tests for testing authentication from one system to another.

● Renaissance Learning STAR Assessment Integration (July 2015)

STARTM assessments provide the most valid, reliable, actionable data in the least amount of testing time usually 20 minutes or less. That empowers educators to focus on what matters most individualizing instruction to accelerate learning for all students. Classworks can use this data to automatically create personalized learning for each student.

● Scantron Integration (May 2015)

Scantron performance Series® provides computer-adaptive testing you can use as a benchmark to identify student attainment of standards for the cognitive levels that can be measured effectively by an assessment, independent of each student’s grade-level abilities. Classworks can use this data to automatically create personalized learning for each student.

● Conversion of Flash learning activities to HTML5 and MathJAX support (April 2015)

Conversion of 600 unique learning activities from flash to HTML5. Supported on IE9+, Chrome, Firefox and the native browsers for Android and Apple tablets. The activities were played through a hybrid web application not a native tablet application.

Clever eliminates technology headaches through Secure Sync, which syncs rosters with learning applications, and Instant Login, which allows teachers and students to login once to access all of their learning applications.

● Google OAuth 2.0 (August 2014)

Added Google OAuth 2.0 to a GWT web application.

Automated selenium test cases for valid and invalid logins using Google OAuth
