Job Responsibilities: I often run SQL Server Queries for updating data and extracting data from the eZCard Production, UAT and Dev Databases for upper management and ticket inquiries. Creating Tables, Views, Indexes, Updated, Inserted, Deleted and Alter Tables within SQL Server are TSQL Scripts that I normally use for our Production, UAT and Dev environment to provide efficient reference data for the Development Team and Database Analyst to view or run queries in the Production Database. I also create select queries in the UAT Testing Region Database viewing, executing, and testing TSQL Server Queries to retrieve certain data or making sure configurations from the User Interface are coordinated with website code base for our Product Management Team from the UAT Database which mirrors the Production Database. As I work with the Senior DBA, I also have basic knowledge in using Solarwinds/Ignite to monitor database performance for the eZCard Website make sure the site is up and running successfully. I have knowledge of creating basic reports using SSRS. Also in my current role as the eZCardInfo.com Application Support Analyst, I maintain all configuration changes of all the customizations for the eZCard website for thousands of credit unions and banks that are enrolled in the eZCard or MyCard Statement Website such as making changes to their color code schemes, adding new logo images, changing specific text within the site and Activating or Deactivating client’s access per their request. These changes are for Base 2000 and TBS platforms. Working with the Base 2000 and TBS Teams to make sure the correct Mainframe Tables are turned on for eZCard. I also was the front face of the entire Redesign of the New eZCard Website by assisting the Developers on what changes to the code need to be made. I have conducted Training for the IT, Product, Client Relations and System Admin Teams on how the new Design Studio UI Application functions.
The (SSO) Single Sign On Feature for the eZCard Web Application is an important feature that relies on my expertise heavily and has grown to be the larger and the most complex feature within the eZCard Product. There are three different code versions of Single Sign On. There is SSO Version 1, Version 2 and Version 3. I work one on one with our IT Development Team and Third Party (OLBs) Online Banking Providers to review C # code as well as troubleshoot issues certain OLB Provides may have. I also work directly with the FIS eBanking OLB Team to explain and provide what is needed to code to SSOv3 and SSOv1. All configurations are configured by me so the Third Party OLBs can begin coding to eZCard SSO. Also assist the Development Team with making changes within the configurations to the JSON Code for the Admin Payables Application.
In working with our IT Midrange, Database Analyst and Business Support Team we work and collaborate to get issues solved and questions answered for all clients that participate in our eZCard Site. Working with IT Development Team I make sure new enhancements that are put in place are trained throughout the eZCard Team. There is also guidance from my end in helping the Development Team code for new enhancements. In the process, I have provided training documentation for every Implementation feature as an eZCard Analyst. This documentation was created for Product Management. I have conducted meetings with upper management to make sure all eZCard Features will be related properly internally and externally. I have also provided one on one training and information for Client Services Reps, Project Managers, and Managers when they needed to know how any features of eZCard operates. Another role of mine has been to be very much involved with Product and Project Managers on certain rollouts for the eZCard Web Site.
In billing clients for changes they request or have not requested I also communicate with the FIS Accounting Department. The eZCard Billing Files can vary from month to month. This is due to us only charging for the changes that are requested and implemented that month. Some months there are more requests than others. This is really determined by our Client’s needs.

Job Duties: Working with the Business Support Team by conducting conference calls every Wednesday and researching to resolving issues with the eZCard website. Another task that I handle is the customizations of the eZCard website for multiple clients such as making changes to their color schemes, adding new logo images, changing specific text within the site and activating or deactivating clients per their request. Analyze over 20,000 qualification sets annually to provide financial institutions with the criteria needed to update their credit card portfolios. Analyze and research parameter changes for multiple institutions. Scheduling specific inserts such a Personal Statement, Card Carrier, Marketing and Mass inserts for Visa and MasterCard as requested by multiple financial institutions and leagues. Running macros to schedule monthly marketing inserts. Second analyzing Concard jobs is another job duty that I perform, that produces many different reports for clients. Create and distribute weekly reports to client relation representatives by extracting information from databases.
