Project Scope:
MMC is a Case Management application, which aids the agents handling the breakdown/ scheduled cases in a very efficient manner. The case assignment process is started when a vehicle needs a repair and goes through a series of situations until the vehicle is repaired and closed. The system is capable of handling different types of repairs to different types of vehicles and increases manageability between Ryder repair shops/ repairs being done at third party vendors, customizing issue types and availability of service providers.
