Projects consisted of retrofitting of hurricane damaged pumps, piping, valves, and miscellaneous steel and architectural features to ensure they are hurricane proof. Responsible for overall coordination with trades and General Contractor. Projects varied in price from $150,000 - $1,400,000.

PROJECT: Clark County Water Reclamation District (Nov 2008–Oct 2009) – Assigned the task of administering and stabilizing a troubled project that consisted of a new $126 million dollar 5-Level Water Reclamation Facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Project involvement included retrofit of existing Structures. Phases of construction included concrete structures, process piping and equipment installation. Project stabilized by minimal loses and reestablished positive work environment

PROJECT: Clark County Water Reclamation District (Mar 2007–Oct 2009) - New and Retrofit Primary Clarifiers for a $35 million dollar expansion of a Water Reclamation Facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Other Project involvement consisted of demolition and replacement of Existing Piping and Structures. Phases of construction included concrete structures, process piping and equipment installation. Successful completion 30 days ahead of schedule and 2% over margin.

PROJECT: Alfred Merritt Smith Water Treatment Facility (June 2006 – Aug 2008) - Five expansion projects ranging from $6 million to $33 million dollars in Boulder City, Nevada. These projects consisted of extending cone pipe/shafts on vertical turbine pumps from 3-phase to 4-phase. Other objectives were the demolition and installation of new vertical turbine pumps and motors. All projects finished on schedule with 2% to 54% over margin.

Project Engineer/Project Manager – Various Projects April 2002– June 2006

PROJECT: HWRF Phase 3 Expansion/Boulder Channel (Jan 2005 – June 2006) - A 48 month construction of $87 million dollar Million dollar expansion of a Waste Water Reclamation Facility in Henderson, Nevada as the General Contractor for all phases of construction from concrete structures, process piping, equipment installation and the commercial erection of solids processing, electrical, and chemical building.

PROJECT: 26 MGD Water Treatment Facility (April 2002 – Jan 2004) -Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manger- for a 24 month construction of a new $21 million dollar Biological Manganese Removal Water Treatment Facility in Lake Havasu, Arizona as the General Contractor for all phases of construction from concrete structures, process piping, equipment installation and the commercial erection of an operations and maintenance building. This type of water treatment plant is the largest of its kind and second to be constructed. Uniquely responsible for formulating the start-up and testing procedure.

Subcontractor – January 2004– January 2005

PROJECT: Alfred Merritt Smith Water Treatment Facility (Jan 2004 – Jan 2005) - New and Retrofit of a $6.3 million dollar expansion of an existing water treatment facility in Boulder City, Nevada consisting of civil work and process piping as a subcontractor. Site work involved removal and replacement of roadways/structures/equipment and excavating, grading and backfilling of process pipe lines and structures. Process piping consisted of the installation of chemical, wastewater and potable water lines from -inch to 98-inches.

Structural Engineer / Scheduler – November 2000–January 2005

PROJECT: River Mountains Water Treatment Facility (Nov 2000-Apr 2002) Structural Engineer/Scheduler on a two year construction of a new $287 Million dollar, 150MGD Water Treatment Facility in Henderson, Nevada as the General Contractor for all phases of construction including concrete structures, steel erections, process piping, site work, erection of an operations and maintenance building, landscaping and managing subcontractors. Subcontractors’ involvement included electrical installation and instrumentation, masonry erection, structural steel installation, specialty installation in the operations and maintenance building and landscaping. Responsibilities included Preparing work packages for misc. metals erections, while monitoring field work for correct implementation of the work packages; responsible for claiming performance on a daily and weekly basis, collected bids for furnishings and award contracts; prepared subcontracts, purchase orders and purchase agreements; reviewed submittals, RFIs', and assisted in pricing change orders; performed an Impact Analysis for scheduled activities due to RFIs’, change orders and submittals.

Projects Controls Engineer – Waste Management Division – May 1998-Nov 2000

Responsible for overseeing ongoing construction of several projects estimated at $8 Million dollars at the Nevada Test Site in Las Vegas, Nevada. Management of low level waste mixed low level waste, hazardous waste, sewage lagoons, sanitary landfills, transuranic waste, mix transuranic waste and program integration.
