JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carried out Radiographic technique to find out deposit and corrosion checking on pipeline. Equipments and weld joints inspection in plant and fabrication shop. Also carried out on line radiographic inspection for lesser diameter pipes. (2 inch and below) for wall thickness measurement and corrosion monitoring.
Good experience in film processing and interpretation of films for weld defect and corrosion analysis and deposit check.
Good experience in ultramonic testing in the rawmaterial in pipe and plate
Carried out magnetic particle inspection on sachet weld, nozzle fillet weld and inspection on machined components by using different methods like wet method, dry method and fluorescent method using yoke and prod methods.
Carried out Penetrant Inspection on weld joints equipments, components such as extension bellows, pump, casing, shaft etc in removable, water washable and fluorescent methods.
