Project Planning

- Conceptualize the detailed project reports, take off documents, Project execution program after thorough discussion.

- List down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.

- Monitor/Discuss project status, review during the course of periodic project review meetings.

Quality Control

- Evolve standard maintenance and operation procedures w.r.t ISO certification and TS 16949.

- Conduct systems audits ( PQA ) at various plant departments.

- Responsible for maintain the departmental records for ISO:9001,ISO:14001,TS:16949 Companies,TPM technique sustenance to achieve the Organizational goals.

- Documentation in relation with IMS (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).

Process Enhancement & Cost Control

- Plan, implement & monitoring of technological changes to enhance PQCDSM.

- Initiate Preventive actions to reduce Potential Risk in working Areas related to Environment, Occupational Safety & Health.

- Hazard Identification and Risk assessment.

- Execute cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M

Recognized for the project work on productivity improvement by developing Movable SMO sensing element replaced with rigid sensing element &SMO related failure break down to zero.

Pivotal in saving the cost on SMO piston rod replaced with multiple piece to single piece to reduce break down due to shearing effect of pin & increase productivity &break down become zero & also cost saving in replacement of piston rod.

Instrumental in implementing know Your Machine concept among operators and took down the break down from 4.5% to 2.15%.

An active member of Cross Functional Team (CFT) and implemented Kaizens and able to increase the productivity almost double and reduced the Set Up changes very minimum.

Replaced the main driving shaft supporting bearing bush with flange type in place of straight bush to reduce major time loss of machine.

Reduced machine cycle time by 30%, which will increase productivity.

Reduced break down of ESP Fly Ash draining system pneumatic cylinder pin breaking frequently due to cantilever design so given support with easily dismantling bracket .
