Involved in implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001) for 469MW GVK Gautami Power Plant and compliance to its procedures and documentation

Involved in Successful implementation& regular utilisation ofCMMS - SAPPM Module for Gautami power plant. Activities include creation and updating of Equipment specifications, Job plans, and Preventive maintenance modules.

Execution of Gas Turbine HGP Inspections, HRSG/Boiler annual Inspections, Statutory compliance defining Critical Spares, Budget controls, inventory optimization and vendor coordination

Pivotal role in flushing of Fuel oil equipment & piping and commissioning of Gas turbine with Fuel oil.

Installation of split air conditioners in DM plant to eliminate operation of higher capacity PAC system. SWYD HVAC CDS pump replacement with lower capacity pump of DM plant HVAC system.
