Certifications:
Attended workshop on Entrepreneurship, conducted by NEW AGE INCUBATION CENTRE(NAIN) at Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum.
Attended training sessions by Bizotic Solution,Banglore
Attended Robotic workshop conducted in college.
Delivered presentation on “ Spring loaded safety valve” in CADD CENTRE.
Presently undergoing Industrial based CAE Training at COPES TECH PVT. LTD, BANGLORE FE modeling of BIW and plastic components of car:
Finite element modeling of plastic components like Seat back rest and BIW components like Dash and cowl, Rear floor, Inner panel, lower trim, glove box necessary geometry clean ups were done. Quality parameters and setting up of Material/Properties collector according to requirement. After that FE checks, connectivity, element quality, duplicates, normals ensured as per client requirement for various models.
Project #1: Strength and Modal analysis of Engine Bracket: Description: Linear static stress analysis of the bracket was performed under maximum vertical, horizontal, inclined and the combined effect of all the three loads under room temperature condition. FE modeling was done using 3D tetra 10 noded elements. Bolts modeled by using RBE2 rigid elements. The stress and displacement developed in the component were found out and verified if the component is safe under the prescribed loading condition. Results and conclusions were documented and presented. Project #2: Static strength and Modal analysis of automotive exhaust cold end sub assembly: Description: Static strength analysis (SOL101) of the exhaust cold end assembly (Flanges Pipes, Muffler and Hanger Bracket) were carried under 1g and bad road loads( 5g-Ver, 3g-Lat, 2g-Axial). Natural frequencies (SOL103) of the assembly were computed. FE modeling of the pipe was carried out with 2D shell. Flange, hanger are modelled by using 3D HEX elements and isolator is modelled using CBUSH elements. Weld were represented using Hexa/Penta elements and bolts using rigid RBE2 elements. All standard FEM checks are performed along with Renumbering. Carried analysis and Results were documented.
B.E Project Work: Hand gesture controlled multi utility robot. Description:
Project main aim was to develop a robot which was controlled by hand gesture . Roles and Responsibility:
I was in charge of designing and fabrication of rover on which robotic arm was attached.
