Motivation

Been with the same company spur for a while now grew from being a waiter to junior manager

worked my way up to senior manager now currently, I’m second in charger at my store

over the years, I have received training in many departments such {handling of complaints, stock rotation, controlling stock, front of house & back of house management procedures, customers service, training of staff members } Have good listening skills since I had to deal with many

situations at work with customers staff members also my management team .Data capturing, processing of stock coming into the store, later during the week stock have to balanced {stock taking} ordering of products for the store

I have room to grow and also have a lot to offer as well

Being in the position I ‘m now {2nd in charge} a lot of work falls to me I run the store when my senior is not around
