Project Management

All activities related to the Project Engineering & Management cycle of the project. Study the scope of work from tenders, Drawings, Work orders, Agreements and execute the same as per project requirements.

Co-ordinating with contractors / other supervisors for quality & speedy completion.

Exercising and promoting safety precautions at site. Production Management

Process identification, quality assurance, vendor development.

Project: Replace and repair of cooling tower spares- 5nos Client: Kokilaben Hospital Mumbai

Description: Supervised site activities and replaced all spares of cooling tower according to planning, manage proactively the resource allocation by ensuring that appropriate resources and tools are assigned to the tasks according to the project plan.
