Supply Chain manages all contracts for the parts and services that are sold through the ePartsFinder site, the patented ecommerce site of PartsSource. Currently over $150 million in sales, with over 3.4 million unique SKU's are processed through the site annually. Currently I have 4 main areas of responsibility:

OEM's Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) - Continuously work with OEM accounts to increase sales volumes through the ePartsFinder catalog. Work with OEM's to ensure all customers receive high quality parts and services, on time and at an attractive price.

Replacement Part Supplier Management - Actively seek out non OEM suppliers to fill in gaps of OEM's offerings. Source high quality replacement/used parts for customers that need lower cost, but high quality, options.

New Modality Suppliers - Suppliers outside traditional Clinical Engineering/Diagnostic Imaging Categories - Actively seek out new suppliers that sell products and/or service to our hospital based customers. Currently working on contracting with suppliers from the IT, Medical Surgical, Facilities, Dental, Janitorial, Office Supplies, Pharmacy Products, Laboratory, etc.

PartsSource Solutions Portfolio - PartsSource offers all of its supplier’s additions services to increase sales and/or better understand purchasing patterns. PartsSource offers a wide variety of Marketing Solutions (On-line advertising banners, Search Engine Optimization packages, Search Engine Marketing, etc.), Data Solutions (Multi-Channel Sales Tracings, SKU Pricing Optimization, Competitive Market Intelligence, etc.) and Channel Solutions (Private Label e-Commerce site creation and maintenance, Digital Content Management, Marketplace Brand Showcase, etc.). 6/09-2/17 Purchasing Manager, Operating Room & Construction/Facilities, Supply Chain

Manage day to day purchasing functions on over $250 million in spend.

Co- Chair capital working group, committee that oversees annual capital acquisition process. Annual spend of $40 Million. Process includes, sorting all new requests for C-suite review, ROI verification, review of system capital needs, capital project management and installation of capital. Currently in charge of all capital projects that require construction.

Project manager for all strategic capital acquisition over $ 1 million. This includes review of IS integration, space requirements, facility review (electrical, HVAC, etc.), procurement options, location downtime, installation, disposable review and service/maintenance contracts.

Work directly with the Construction office relative to the purchasing process as it relates to equipment, supplies and services required for all construction projects.

Co-Chair of the Strategic Technology Acquisition Committee. Responsible for the evaluation of all capital acquisitions and appropriately manage requests for new operating room products and supplies.

Serve as a Project Leader to the Value Analysis Team, which is responsible for reviewing product acquisition and utilization for the entire medical system.

Manage Metrohealth’s Lowest Unit of Measure (LUM) inventory management system. Utilizing the LUM system, serve as the primary liaison to department chairs to effectively evaluate expenditure reductions while successfully managing SKU’s, inventory levels, and vendors.

Manage all aspects of acquiring and inventorying over $30 million in operating room equipment and supplies. Includes sourcing, contract negotiations, bid process, procurement and expediting.

Develop metrics to effectively conduct interviews and the critical analysis of hospital vendors to subsequently pre-qualify service and equipment providers.

Manage and respond to all reverse auctions, electronic request for quote, electronic request for information, and traditional RFP’s and RFI’s to secure most favorable contract terms.

Directly oversee and manage four staff members which represent the MetroHealth Medical System team of buyers.

Responsible for ensuring MetroHealth Medical System works within the scope of the Ohio revised code for public bids and award process.
