Dear Hiring Manager,

I am applying for this job to better my skills in the customer service field and the administrative field, as well as to give back to the community as much as I can as a working class citizen. I am currently seeking employment for the more personal reasons to support both of my sons and myself while I am steady trying to increase my higher education level as a clinical psychology major. This particular position was brought to my attention by using various job search engines and searching for currently open positions.

I am capable to meet the requirements due to my experience in the customer service field and clerical skills with being a current Customer Care Agent for FloridaBlue, being an Sales Associate, working as an Inventory Associate for two years, and an Office/Administrative Assistant for two years as well at all kinds of retail/clerical customer service businesses. I have handled balancing a cash drawer while running transactions and assisting customers all at the same time. Besides school and family, I am very flexible, fast, and willing to learn new skills and responsibilities as well.

Thank you so much hiring manager for giving me this chance to tell you about what capabilities I have to offer to help the business as you all help me grow to become a better professional in this field of work. I plan to follow up through calling the businesses and informing them that I am interested in the open position being offered at this time.
