Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration and blood pressure; obtain specimens for analysis and perform other medical procedures as ordered by the physician.

Bathe and feed patients/residents.

Care for patients/residents and their living quarters by performing such tasks as making beds, changing linen, lifting and moving patients/residents and caring for their personal effects.

Perform patient assessment of vital signs and all other parameters of ESRD patients, review orders, note general physical and mental condition of patient thru observations and interview.

Prepare and maintain dialysis machines and systems.

Provide basic care to patients by assisting professional patient caregivers in meeting identified needs of patients.

Perform various patient care activities and provides related non-professional services as required to meet the personal and comfort needs of patients.
