Projects includes Ritz Carlton ocean front property, Westin Hotel in Southern California, Waldorf Astoria property, rebranding hotel in South Florida, and a boutique hotel in South Beach. Total 28M. All projects I was involved from bid through contract and completion. As Project Manager duties included initial site visit, subcontractor and vendor selection for bid, quantity take- off, sub and vendor bid qualification review, final bid preparation, attend and conduct owner/architect/engineer meetings, local official review meetings & permitting, subcontractor & vendor contract and PO’s, scheduling, site meetings, pay applications, assembling/creating/reviewing change orders, selecting/overseeing/guiding project supervision and field services through project completion working with and directing office support staff in support of the project.
