Set up a plant wide bar-coding system using RF technology. Decreased transaction time and errors, and completely ended the daily data entry time done by salary leaving them free to perform other duties.

Assisted in development of a Material Review Board handling discrepant materials. Partnered with QA, purchasing, planning, and manufacturing to streamline the handling of discrepant materials. Weekly review decreased the amount of open discrepant materials by 50%.

Shared responsibilities for all of the physical inventories over the last 15 years. Set up procedures and training programs to assure successful completion. Always completed the inventory within the time frames required.
