SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) is Northern Europe’s leading airline. The project involves end to end development of customer service for Scandinavian Airline System from design to completion. The services include customer booking, checking, ancillary services and many more.

Project is planning, executing and supporting all the phases of BAT and UAT cycle of the business applications of Cisco (CCW, SFDC). It involved testing of this applications and supporting the business, end testers across multiple regions (7 geographies). The main idea of this team is to reach out to the concerned project teams describing the roadmap from requirement gathering to create or process and delivery of the different type of orders requested by individual project teams.


Requirements need to be uploaded in the OST tool by the individual project teams in the predefined template format. Templates are accessible via OST tool

OC request need to be uploaded into OST tool by individual teams a week ahead of MR release cycle

OST tool to validate the submitted requirements on the fly and if any issues or errors occur they need to be corrected by the individual X-Flows teams and upload the details

Daily detail metrics for individual project team to be published via email to notify them of the progress of their orders and current status

Any defects or issues identified are followed up and communicated to X-flow on regular basis. It is updated IST EOD daily

We publish the daily order creation/processing dashboard to all the stake holders which includes and current status for all the track, defects status and risks/issues

Once Orders are created the SO# details will be updated in OST tool and auto notifications from OST tool (WIP) would be sent to the project teams

The Status will be updated in OST tool twice a day (offshore EOD, Onsite EOD

We were creating orders in Smoke test/FPR for different teams

Master setups should be available (e.g.: Customer, items, ship set ups) in QTC/BV/SJ

Orders would be processed till scheduling only in QTC/BV
