1. ABB AC 800M & SUPCON ECS100 Distributed Control System (DCS):

Recently involving in revamping of DCS (ABB AC 800M, SUPCON ECS100) in Calcium Hypochlorite plant and Power Plant it uses OS Windows 7. The Controller redundancy is 1:1, along with input and output redundancy of 1:1. Actively involved in revamp activities of AC 800M & SUPCON ECS100, where I was involved in loop commissioning, loops checking, and instrument installation & commissioning. Startup procedures/fault analysis of all loops.

2. Control valves (Pneumatic):

Calibration, testing and Maintenance of control valves of various vendors like Fisher, RK, Neucon, Pneucon, Samson Servicing of their accessories i.e. Positioners, I/Ps, Air regulators, Solenoid Valves, etc.

3. Field Transmitters:

Installation, calibration & maintenance of "SMART Series HART Protocol" Transmitters (Rosemount-3051C, Fisher, Honeywell, YOKOGAWA, ABB etc.).

Pressure Transmitter (DP type)

Level Transmitter (DP type, Float and Ultrasonic types)

Flow Transmitter (DP type, Turbine, Electromagnetic types)

Temperature Sensors (Thermocouples & RTDs)
