Outgoing and eager individual seeking an Administrative Assistant position with a company to positively impact and grow within. Leading non-functional facilities to operational success through new initiatives, creating new efficient processes, and coordinating compatible relationships with the community and vendors to assist in upkeep and retain relationships for the facility.


Associate Executive Director – Brookdale Senior Living 06/2016-01/2018

Assist Executive Director in day-to-day operations of the community, which includes direct oversight when Executive Director is away from the community.

Assist in helping to supervise and motivate staff to better serve families and residents of the community

Lead community Associate Appreciation efforts.

Working with department heads to achieve monthly budget targets, which could include making weekly adjustments to achieve positive outcome.

Hire, train and assimilate new associates.

Help to maintain community cleanliness.

Coordinate sales strategies and outreach initiatives.

Oversee all Business Office functions: accounts receivable, accounts payable, labor, payroll, safety, human resources, and administrative compliance.

Responsible for all resident billing.

Coordinating departmental initiatives and overseeing the status and progress of those initiatives

Directly responsible for our monthly community payroll process.

Help to keep each department on track with Service Alignment targets

Overseeing all compliance within administration that is according to state rules and regulations as well as Brookdale policies and procedures.

Business Office Mentor Program

oAssisting and training newly hired Business Office Management to become acclimated to Brookdale’s policies and procedures.

Resident Care Coordinator – Brookdale Senior Living 06/2016-11/2016

Work in partnership with clinical department for oversight regarding staffing, clinical documentation and upkeep of clinical charts and files.

Handle associate scheduling for care staff

Coordinating third party services and assistance for residents and their families.

Assist Health and Wellness Coordinator with compliance in regards to medication transcription, Personal Service Plan accuracy, service plans and MAR auditing.

Administrative Assistance to the community, with oversight of: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and human resources.

Processing pre-billing statements to accurately reflect customer statements
