Duties & Responsibilities:
•Import Logistics: Coordinate daily shipments arriving from variety of international stations with Airlines, US Customs Brokerages, and Armed personnel/ Vehicles for delivery to Domestic US and local Clients. Customer relations / services as working one on one with clients to ensure documents were squared away with US Customs regulations. Ensuring Clients comfort with knowing arrival times and delivery times.
•Armed guard: Operating an armor truck / messenger by foot. Safe guarding high value, stones, diamonds etc. watching the perimeter for suspicious activity. Coordinated with management via Vegas Shows and JA show. As well as other international shows, working with management on detailing the security for safe guarding the vaults and valuables.
•Overnight Post: Watching and walking the perimeters of the facility, overlooking construction and service working areas; making sure there was no suspicious activity occurring.
•Supervision: Supervised a team of twenty or more guards. Reviewing daily objective to ensure surveillance on the sales floor was 100% proof. Focusing attention to details on the sale floor. Improving guards’ abilities to identify potential external and internal theft. Escorted and/or arresting subjects that committed external theft(s) which include shoplifting, ticket switching, refund fraud, credit fraud etc.
•Floor Manager: Customer service being key objective to guaranty customers were informed correctly. Knowledge on inventory to know what was to be replenished or requested by customers. Opening and closing the store via safety for all employees.
