Conduct the verification process as defined by the Department of Education, including helping students and parents resolve outstanding issues and obtaining require information and documentation. Responsible for the overall process to collect information on approximately 50 financial aid applicants each year, to determine their eligibility for aid. This includes both correspondence with the applicant, and DeVry University Department of Financial Aid. Assist in the development of business plans, prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts. Present, review, and define forecast reports to the Board of Directors. Regulatory Compliance
Gaming regulations and requirements for increasing recruitment and procurement for minority and women. Legal research for general counsel on new gaming laws and updates. Extensive background in traffic control, shipping & receiving. Knowledgeable of logistic tariffs, state fuel and road taxes, public safety commission, state reciprocity agreements, and dot interstate and intra- state regulations.
