Mr. Robert Duncan has had an extensive 40 plus year career, as a Project Manager, Project Co-ordinator, Construction Manager. Projects completed for his national and international clients have a value up to $1.3 billion USD and range in scope from multi-story professional and residential buildings, to the creation of an entire mid-sized community which included all infra-structure and camp housing for over 6,500 people. While building the community Mr. Duncan also acted as the local community liaison for the project site and surrounding area.

His extensive personal experience allows Robert Duncan to complete his projects in a timely and cost effective way. His efficient on-site management techniques are supported by his comprehensive skill with computer management programmes. Robert Duncan’s computer skills support his projects from beginning to end. Duties: Senior International Project Manager responsible for the direction and placement of support facilities for off-shore drilling platforms in northern UK, Russia, Australia, and central Asia. This entailed negotiations of all project related contacts, project logistics, labour and supply arrangements and schedules, as well as preparation or review of all area project reports to shareholders and project representatives. Project was terminated in May 2009 due to world economic conditions.

Senior International and Contract Project Manager

Duties: Senior International Project Manager for Red Sea Housing, Camp, and Facilities in Africa, including Ghana, Angola, Congo, and Papua New Guinea. Project construction value $1.5 billion USD. Responsibilities included the construction of a 6,500 home village in the desert, including all infrastructure and facilities. During this project Robert took on the very challenging but rewarding position of becoming the liaison between the families of local indigenous personnel and regional government representatives, and between stake holders, major construction consultants, and project directors. He mediated all the concerns of the local population as well as those of his international ex-pat employees, and in doing so became revered by everyone in his care. Robert was responsible for complete control of entire project. This included items like finical, personnel, procedures, logistics, local content and interaction and equipment. This also included status on manpower, progress and budget that was reported to the Project Overall General Contractor/administration in Houston, Texas.
