Solutions Architect (contract)
Project – Created/Designed responsive website for US Travel Lobby client, Brand USA. Content collaboration with teams in Washington, DC, Phoenix and NYC offices via Clarizen, an award-winning cloud-based online project management software with innovative social collaboration capabilities.
Microsite featured a real-time, branded newsroom approach to content creation, marketing and distribution. A team of social journalists, videographers, artists, and web producers contributed daily content including blogs, videos, viral postcards, slideshows, user-generated content to be translated and locally acculturated to best connects with audiences from Brand USA’s key international target markets.
Responsibilities – Completed website redesign of a regional healthcare provider, Ochsner with competitive analysis and total restructuring of content. Highlighting four key primary areas of the website to generate more revenue and improve patient care. Created a modular structure for the site and a set of business rules to govern appearance of secondary and tertiary content.
Utilizing a cloud-based project management and collaboration tool called Clarizen, led analysis, discovery and strategic work sessions for launching an international travel and tourism website. Created user flows and personas to improve customer engagement. User research on US National Parks and their visitation patterns.

Project – Created/Designed responsive website for desktop and mobile experience for Biogen Idec (pharma). Responsive website allows users to select from different Multiple Sclerosis prescription plans, and ask questions to the experts.
Responsibilities – Created blogs, partnered with 3rd-party developer of mobile apps to create shareable, printable guides to the cities based on geo-location.
Worked with agency’s Digital Lead and advocacy partners to develop structure, accordion navigation and sitemaps as well as detailed wireframes for both desktop, mobile and banner rotation mechanism. Led discussions and brainstorming sessions to create content from minimal client directions and input. Implemented a passed roll-out approach with additional features being implemented in stages.

Project – Rebranded two sister product sites for both Health Care Provider and Consumer side streams of revenue for Meda Pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities – Researched Meda’s competitors’ marketing/positioning of brands. Developed social media strategy and mobile integration to increase customer base.
Worked with internal teams and with feedback from the client to reorganize content and craft new customer engagement strategy. Designed integrated branding (navigation) solution that covers all Meda’s brands across the full spectrum of its business.

Contract Position – Senior User Experience Designer
Projects – Designed iPad apps, responsive sites and updates of mobile applications and websites for advertising agency specializing in top-brand Pharmaceutical companies, Pfizer, Bayer, and J&J.
Responsibilities – Worked with internal teams to understand business models and goals. Helped define strategy, content, and features for design of their web site and mobile platform. Identified audiences and their information and functional needs. Defined site architecture and navigation that serves as blueprint of site upon which all other aspects are built.
