Responsibility:
Review WPSs and PQRs for Piping & steel structure according to ENI Specs.
Review subcontractor ITP’s and Procedures and ensure that it comply with applicable specifications and codes.
Witnessing welder qualifications according to AWS D1.1.
Ensure that inspections and controls are carried out in accordance with the Quality Control Plan and with applicable specifications and codes, obtains the relevant documentation.
Ensure that all welding activities, heat treatment and any hardness testing comply with the relevant codes and specifications.
Allocate and coordinate Welding QC Inspectors within the various areas of site activity
Implement the inspection, control and test notification process (RFI).
Check the extent of the repairs made by the various welders, taking any corrective actions where necessary
Orderly collect and manage/check documents certifying tests, controls and inspections documents, ensuring that all welding and testing related records are properly retrievable within the final As Built dossier.
Data collection and analysis related to welding/welders repair.
Ensure proper Non Conformity detection and recording, as well as relevant corrective actions implementation.
Preparation of final As-built dossier.
