Scope: Implement a standard Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to provide the Venezuelan Civil Records Main Office with the capability of understanding their internal business procedures in a graphical notation and the ability to communicate these procedures in a standard manner.

oCivil Records Historic Data Digitization Project:
Scope: Digitization y Data Entry for proximately 17,161,315 Venezuelan Citizens Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates for the years 1990 thru 2011. Design of IT Infrastructure, Process Model, and Software Architecture related to the inquiry and update of the Venezuelan Civil Records Data Base.
PM Methodology: SDLC PMI based.
oIT Infrastructure (Topology Definition, Procurement and Deployment) Project:
Scope: Procurement of the related hardware and to interconnect 3 Data Center and 405 Civil Records offices and units nationwide. Design the infrastructure, cabling, and security for the whole network. Interconnect the active hardware (including the 405 routers).
PM Methodology: SDLC PMI based.
oSARC (SOA Based) System Development and Implementation Project:
Scope: Stablish the governance and process, services, and informational architecture completely integrated with the institutions requirements. Provide an interoperability, mediation and integration platform for the Venezuelan Civil Records business according to the data and electronic documents access and electronic interchange Law. Develop and implement the Sistema Automatizado del Registro Civil Venezolano (SARC) with an strategic, tactical and operational vision of a process based system and SOA architecture, ESB, BRE and BPM, SOAP/REST based protocols and framed in the service model provided by the Oficina Nacional del Registro Civil.
PM Methodology: Agile/Scrum based.
Responsible for ensuring the capturing of actual time, actual events stages and controls surrounding the program.

Responsible for overseeing the collection efforts of approximately $300m accounts receivable balances.
Worked closely with outside Collection Agencies as well as the collections staff that performed credit and collections for the largest and most sensitive customer accounts.
Coordinated with the Controller concerning Corporate HQ General Ledger matters, Bankruptcies and semi-annual audit reporting requests.
