PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Performance Racing Industry • September 2008 – December 2017 Senior Art Director
• As creative lead of design and production for the magazine, managed three art directors for story design and layout.
• Initiated and completed a 2017 rebranding and re-designing of Performance Racing Industry Magazine, a publication with approximately 26,600 subscribers.
• Carried over the rebranding and re-designing of the magazine to the PRI website, which attracts 10,000 visitors monthly.
• Performed boarding and building the magazine, and maintained and improved design quality and consistency.
• Collaborated closely with the editor to decide which photos were best for each story; and produced both editorial and cover design and layout.
• Troubleshooted and resolved design and production issues to finalize magazine for press and digital publication.
• Executed complete design and creation of the annual company Media Kit.
• Designed and created promotional and marketing collateral representing the PRI brand.
• Originated logo design and creation for various promotional events, including the PRI Trade Show, attracting approximately 48,000 members of the racing industry.

A freelance business started to assist individuals and businesses who are seeking help with branding, graphic design for products, and preparation for print and other media production.
• Provided Michael Lewis Racing with driver branding, race suit and car design. Created driver hero cards for himself as well as teammates. Produced end of the year season wrap up photo book design and printing. Generated sponsorship proposal books. Designed personal logo and supporting print collateral.
• Created design and layout for Western Lithographic Printing, and set up output files for book printing. Formated and styled organization of large scale member rosters and calendars.
• As designer and layout artist for Vinco Screen Printing, created t-shirt graphics and prepared images for output and screen mounting and printing.
• Designed and illustrated souvenir racing pins for Indy Racing League.
