All activities of Quality control & Process

Quality Control: Organize for testing, Inspection and control of all Incoming, In process & Finished products for ensure consistent quality products.

Optimization of Raw Mix: Design and develop appropriate cost effective raw mix to ensure consistent quality of Targeted Production.

Optimizing cement quality by increasing Cementations materials up to permissible local standard.

Setup and implemented internal quality control processes and procedures successfully in cement plant.

Ensure that the laboratory and other measuring equipment is maintained in good working condition.

Ensure the development and training of the chemist & Quality persons.

Raw Material Unloading & feeding: Coordinate & monitor timely unloading of raw material from truck/rake and supply of raw materials to plant as per requirement to meet the production targets and satisfaction of internal customer.

Quality of Raw material: Coordinate & ensure quality of raw material supplied to cement plant as per agreed standards to satisfy the customers.

Co-ordination and assurance function to ensure products quality as per Indian standard and internal targets and Cement production activities of plant.
