Manage daily operations orders for all of the seals division (Small Seals, Large Seals, Formed Seals, Cartridge Assembly, Formed Heat Treat.) to drive machine hours and on time shipments.

Manage all of Scrap data input for all of the seals division (Small Seals, Large Seals, Formed Seals, Cartridge Assembly, and Formed Heat Treat for IRA effieciency and real time metrics.

Make adjustments to work orders that are inadequate for operations, while working with planners to make adjustments to machine hours..

Help with IRA discrepencies for the Seals Division

Currently working on getting a 5s projects for the Seals Supply Chain department.

Cross train several Engineers and new Supervisors on how to perform and navigate through SAP.

Team Leader, DPG Sections 520, 525, 530 and 535, June 2011 – 2015

Conduct 5S and Standard Work audits and safety risk assessments for DPG Section 520. Update Standard Workbooks with compiled data, then complete follow up assessments to ensure updated or new processes are followed for the findings of the STANDARD Work Audits and the 5s Audits.

Lead for all IRAs for DPG section 520 for rough stock. Verify stock quantities from green yard, RPRS, and STRF. Create shipping labels and return defects or excess quantities. When needed, locate missing shipments of iron and allocate to correct line, and ordering of all rough iron into our department.

Conduct lean assessments to identify where processes can improve efficiency over the area that I am responsible for.

Assist in managing Sections 520, 525, 530 and 535. Move between sections supporting personnel in their respective job roles providing assistance and improvement of job responsibilities.

Was part of two Black Belt projects for building KK including, Case Cover Project for returnable Case Covers that led to over 1 million dollars a year in savings- And a Black Belt Project for one of our Docks that led to a safer, more efficient dock.

Have been a part of several Green belt projects that have led to more efficient work spaces and cost reduction.

Lead for all ci cards in section 520 and ensuring the cards are being followed through in a timely manner as well keeping current on our monthly metrics for ci cards.

Entering all OEE information into the database for the entire building.

Processing all scrap for DPG 520 and handling any issues at the daily MRB meeting.

Bringing new employees into department orientating them on general safety, CPS, STW, building tours, clms online courses and setting up their cws id and passwords.
