Oversaw all production needs from Sales, Art Dept. & Approval, Engraving, Satellite Departments Tool Room, Print Shop, Die Prep, Press/Blanking Line, Wood Shop/Mounting, Schedules, Quality Control, Special Projects, Maintenance, Finishing, Burnishing, Plating, Vault Control, Material Handling and Packaging, Lean Principles. 2012 – 2016 Sunshine Minting Inc. – Coeur d’Alene, ID Manager Tool & Die/Engraving/Polishing Departments Weekly Corporate meetings, month end charts and status reports. Directed overall operations of Tool Room, Engraving, & Polishing. Work directly with new product development.
