HRIS database updates including changes in pay, promotions, personnel area codes, location changes, FMLA and STD status, furloughs as well as terminations. FMLA and STD administration and auditing for 35+ employees on a weekly basis as well as approving FMLA Designation Notices and sending out FMLA exhaust letters and administrative termination letters.
Key Achievements:
Increased hourly payroll from 100 to 190 employees within 9 months while maintaining a virtually error free HR Scorecard.
Decreased delinquent historical and new hire I-9 lists from 48 to almost zero within 4 months.
