Responsible for full cycle hourly and salaried payroll for 100 employees. Responsible for reconciling HR related invoices for all benefit plans. Responsible for all benefit administration set up and issues. Searched, screened, and recommended candidates to hiring managers for all open positions. Presented offers, processed background checks and drug screens as well as conducted new hire orientation. Worked closely with manufacturing manager and temporary agencies to fill hourly requisitions. FMLA and STD administration and auditing for 35+ employees on a weekly basis as well as approving FMLA Designation Notices and sending out FMLA exhaust letters and administrative termination letters.

Key Achievements:

Increased hourly payroll from 100 to 190 employees within 9 months while maintaining a virtually error free HR Scorecard.

Decreased delinquent historical and new hire I-9 lists from 48 to almost zero within 4 months.
