Worked with a tech start-up company to build and test various businesses’ mobile apps and their efficiency. Utilizing primarily Java, Swift, HTML, CSS, PHP, C, Objective C and the companies own software for testing app, I tested and evaluated many API’s and mobile apps for bugs and then sought solutions for these problems. I also provided customer assistance to the companies’ clients in the form of on-boarding setup, implementation, and product training.

Provided on call assistance to Syracuse students and faulty in the form of tech support. I ran maintenance on many of the University’s classroom to ensure their tech equipment’s, especially computers, were functional and up to date. I ran systems updates and checked security on these classrooms’ computers.

Work on multimedia projects for Syracuse University. Utilizing skills in animation, film, editing, and illustration I put together numerous promotional videos for commercial and informational purposes.
