Pag-IBIG Fund and Atrium of Makati Condominium Corporation, when necessary.

6) Implemented the two major government procurement laws, Executive Order No. 40

and Republic Act 9184 at Pag-IBIG Fund.

7) Initiated the adoption of multi-year contracts for Janitorial Services, Security Services and I.T. requirements, which was later adopted by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) in the amended Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.

8) As a member of the Bids and Awards Committee and the Technical Working Group,

provided technical specifications, vendor selection criteria and conducted the

bidding process transparently.

9) Initiated the use of more complete material specifications for the purchase of goods

including testing of samples for compliance prior to award of contract.

10) Initiated the concept and practice of Random Sampling in bulk orders, such as rice,

paper supplies, to determine compliance with required specifications prior to

acceptance of delivery.
