Engineering Project : Fatigue Analysis of a Piston Rod Used in Aircraft Nose Landing gear.

Description: Fatigur cracking is the most common cause of structural failure in aircraft. The actuator are generally subjected to dynamical stress. Which CAD tools are being used as well as strength & fatigue limit analysis. Also piston material and perform analysis. Stress was analysis carried out using analysis work batch V12.0 commercial FEA software

Role: Designer (cero 2.0),

Mini Project : Fabrication of Pneumatic Vice.

Description: Generally vice is used for holding purpose The compressor is to collect the atmosphere air in to frl unit, this frl unit done the various process. This piston hold the work piece in between two jaws, benefits is high compared with another vice.
