Responsibilities:

Accountable for guiding workers to meet daily/weekly production schedules and will

operate paint equipment as needed for A & M- SS Div.

Conducts mentorship and training for A & M- SS Div.

Have a strong familiarization with sand blast, welding, wet painting and internal coating

procedures.

Maintains compliance with company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. Will communicate necessary information to A & M- SS Div. team.

Coordinates with material handling department with purchasing production and non-production material to meet business needs, including safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost effectiveness.

Assists the delivery and receiving to ensure that proper procedures are followed for the raw material and finished goods for A & M- SS Div.

Prepare and maintain current production and inventory records for A & M- SS Div.

Responsible for assuring proper scheduled maintenance of equipment is completed in accordance with Maintenance procedures.

Responsible for providing safety, standard procedures and standard work training and testing on Painting -related matters SS division workers.
