(Online sites, job fairs, list of graduates from different universities, print adds, referrals etc) and schedules applicants exams and interviews.

Administer Pre employment Examination (STCA’s, FIT exams and 16PF).

Encode status of applicants after the interview.

Checking requirements passed by the applicants

Hire the applicants in the system

Completing all the necessary government forms for reporting in the different institution. (1902/2305, ER2, r1a, Pag-Ibig)

Doing the orientation, welcome email and ID of the newly hired applicant. HR Assistant (May 2015- Present)


Attending Job fairs/ Mock interviews(Universities, PESO, Malls, etc)

Interviewing applicants and decide if they will be endorsed for final interview.

Make sure that all the Personnel Requisition forms (PRF) are served within the month after the requisitioned by reviewing the deployment reports of all the Plants and satellites.

Oversee recruitment of Staffs for all the Plants and Satellites Plants: 10 plants in Malabon

1 Plant in Valenzuela

1 Plant in Sucat

2 Plants in Laguna

Satellite offices: Cebu, Davao, Baguio and Ilo-ilo

Coordination for all the supervisors and managers for their manpower needed.

Supervise 3 Staff under Talent Management

Doing the decision making for all the Recruitment processes EMPLOYMENT
