Ensure all the corrective actions taken are sustained at supplier end through frequent audit.

Co-ordinating with the vendors for improving the incoming materials.

PPAP validation,

Conducting Product and Process audits to enhance quality of products and identify the improvement opportunities for continual improvement processes.

Supplier up gradation through training (Poke yoke, Kaizen, SPC etc.) and effectiveness monitoring,
