• Successfully implemented 4m Euro Manufacturing Execution System in 30 manufacturing facilities in 16 Countries in Europe, Russia, Turkey, Egypt and India on time and below budget, reporting directly to global CIO and Manufacturing Executives

• Replaced quality systems in two manufacturing facilities in Brazil as part of application harmonization program after company take-over, under severe time pressures, and included the provision of external technical resources

• Coordinated and managed the requirement and procurement process for a global pricing system

• Supervised the development and successful delivery of a multi-language SAP Plant Maintenance system in Mexico

• In conjunction with legal department, completed various IT contract negotiations, including support and maintenance and Escrow arrangements, in addition to project terms and conditions

• Implemented new operations monitoring system into 16 Can and End manufacturing facilities in North America and Mexico by forming partnership with engineering department to Integrate support and maintenance into the IT department. Featured in trade magazine

• Delivered a time and attendance replacement project for all production facilities in North America, working closely with plant HR departments to include the provision and installation of biometric devices for clocking into and out of work

• Introduced a full pallet tracking system including the research, procurement and installation of long range radio frequency scanners, together with the design and development of a software system to track pallets of finished goods throughout the company, eliminating the shipping of bad and wrong products to customers

• Supervised a Quality system replacement project for 16 manufacturing facilities in N. America

• Designed and developed various automated manufacturing execution solutions and integrated them into SAP ERP system, including finished goods production recording, and raw material consumption systems
