Documentation: Create Test Plans, including Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Coverage, Assumptions, Limitations, Risks, Resources, Responsibilities, and Schedules; Procedures for Managing Defects, Changes, Releases, Test Execution, Reviews, Audits and Acceptance. Final Reports and Certifications include completed activities, exceptions, and approval signatures.

Interface: Internal /external Business, Development, Release Manager, Users, Customer, Client, and Vendor including off shore test team. Facilitate and participate in project meetings.

Test Lead: Create and document Test Plans, Final Reports, Procedures and Desk Steps; Review Requirements; Create Traceability Matrices; Identify, and report issues and defects; Report status. Audit test results. Manage and train testers; Attend project/ defect/ scrum meetings. Testers on/ off shore.

Management: Manage, support and organize Test and Quality projects. Forecast, budget and schedule resources. Manage, resolve and report project issues and risks. Provide status and measurement metrics, audit processes, identify areas for improvement, report to upper management. Hire team. Complete HR activities.

System Testing: User Acceptance (UAT), Functional, Integration, End to End, Regression, Release, Smoke, Defect, Ad-hoc, Beta, Exploratory, White/ Grey/ Black Box, Waterfall and Agile style.

Test: Create, review and execute test scenarios/scripts/cases (manual / automated). Define, identify, and create test data.
