18-Conduct off-stream and on-stream inspection on Refinery, Gas, Petrochemical plants stationary equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, PRVs and piping systems according to API 510, 653, 570 Company established policies and procedures and issues inspection reports. 19-Implement the computerized inspection program (Meridium / GALIOM) through Validation of the asset registry, equipment details and the inspection results. 20-Inspects plant stationary equipment by entering into vessels, tanks and towers, during shutdowns, to check condition of equipment. Includes noting observations on cracks, pits, thinning and any other pattern of erosion, corrosion and other interior failure. Makes interpretations of findings, analyses for failure, prepares report and issues recommendations. 21-Conduct adhoc inspection on static equipment’s and issue inspection and recommendation report. 22-Responsible for the support of Company safety, environment and Quality policies and programs. 23- Supervision and provision of necessary technical guidance to contractors in Inspection/ NDT/welding/ fabrication activities and other related activities. 24-Upon failures of equipment, inspect material and assist in the preliminary failure assessments; prepare report and issue recommendations, where applicable, via supervisor for action by relevant departments.

25-Ensure updating the available data management system with inspection and corrosion findings of each equipment facility and major problem areas are accurately and timely logged and identified. 26-Monitoring the service contractors performance and develop service progress report. 27-Inspects maintenance and capital project works being carried out in the plant, to ensure that specified maintenance practices and procedures are followed for welding, installation and fabrication as per policy and in compliance with international fabrication codes and standard. 28-Prepares preliminary reports on inspections and NDT tests, highlighting any abnormalities and issue recommendations via supervisor for action by relevant departments. 29-Ensures proper maintenance of inspection reports and records, Maintains various records in the computerized systems, updating inspection test results and other data in specialized inspection. software system.
