Maintains Company confidentiality for incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone and telex messages and any other written or verbal communications.
Receives incoming mail/communications and segregates for distribution according to action required by Managers.
Reply by the Senior Manager. This will usually be communication from company Officers reporting to the Senior Manager; equivalent Officers of another company; Executive Managers or Senior Managers.
Reply by company Officers reporting to the Senior Manager, which will usually consist of specialized problems falling under their jurisdiction.
