Career Summary – As a subject matter expert and organizational director of all safety, and training programs, I assume responsibilities and provide support for the organization. I routinely perform a variety of complex administrative, technical, and professional work in analyzing and administering various components of environmental, health and safety programs. I work side by side with all associates to provide guidance and expertise in the establishment of new project plans and preparation to ensure the safe and efficient execution of projects and programs, while providing support to resolve complex issues. I conduct periodic environmental health and safety audits with employees of programs, projects and facilities. I worked around various pieces of equipment, such as, earth moving equipment, cranes, mobile equipment, industrial trucks and many other types of equipment. I maintain current knowledge and certifications of all applicable industry specific standards and administrative practices as they may relate to my day to day responsibilities. I serve as a specially trained team member within my function-specific area of the organization. Van Ness Improvement Project for San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, San Francisco, California January2017-Present

Project Safety Manager – Walsh Construction- I am responsible for managing and implementation of all health and safety components for Van Ness project. I interface regularly with senior management to drive desired safety performance of the project and promote a positive safety attitude and culture. Highlights of my responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Continuous process and procedural improvement and interaction with all personnel from field operations to project management on the site

-Conduct site specific training in Spanish and translate safety huddles to Spanish for all
