One of the largest telecommunications service providers in Macau had a very popular infotainment portal. However, it was running on nearly defunct Broadvision servers with old school HTMLs. We analyzed the processes followed in the portal maintenance. The relevant artifacts were collected during two week workshop wherein TCS, client IT and Business teams participated. Later, we determined what percentage of processes can be potentially catered to by different Content Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
Understanding of existing processes followed in maintenance of the portal.

The website contents and presentation templates from Redesign project were re-branded for new website.
