One of the largest telecommunications service providers in Macau had a very popular infotainment portal. However, it was running on nearly defunct Broadvision servers with old school HTMLs. We analyzed the processes followed in the portal maintenance. The relevant artifacts were collected during two week workshop wherein TCS, client IT and Business teams participated. Later, we determined what percentage of processes can be potentially catered to by different Content Management Systems.

Responsibilities:

Understanding of existing processes followed in maintenance of the portal.

Identifying process gaps and pain points.

Giving recommendations in Content Management System for all process gaps.

The Redesign project involved redesigning corporate websites of two famous banks in Australia to give them new look and feel. Both these banks are part of a major Banking Corporation in Australia. A new bank was taken over by same Banking Corporation. The Rebranding project involved rolling out a brand new website for this new bank on Vignette platform. The website contents and presentation templates from Redesign project were re-branded for new website.
