• Established a 5S methodology in Action Plan to reduce the variability and transportation waste by 40% and the total lead time by 64%.

• Established the A3 Plan, SIPOC, CTQ tree, Cause and Effect Diagram to eliminate the problem.

CAPSIM Business Simulation, Pennsylvania State University 08/2015--12/2015 The project simulates a real business situation where business owners have to make decisions within five modules including R&D, production, marketing, finance, and human resource to maximize the profits.

• Forecasted the future market share based on the projected increase in demand, competitors' marketing budget, pricing, production capacity, and automation level.

• Calculated the optimal production level given forecasted market share and unit labor cost.

• Purchased capacity and automation to decrease labor cost and increase profit margin.
