Principle/Credentialed Trainer mastering Epic application. Specializing in 2017 INP ClinDoc and Stork and Ambulatory workflows. Lead in the development and implementing of training programs for respective applications. Responsible for building, testing, and maintaining the training environment, as well as, developing and maintaining training materials. Participate in workflow designs and system build to gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of workflows as they have been designed. Train and provide support to Physicians, Nurses, Ancillary staff and other personnel on use of specific Epic application. Train additional trainers within the organization, provide training for consultants and in-coming resources, and Train the Trainer. Work closely with design analysts (application specific) to build test, and maintain ACE training environments. Update Epic Computer Based Training modules using eLearning. Solicit trainee feedback and appropriately adapt training. Modification of applications as needed to meet user requirements, the definition and development of reports. Participation in application upgrades and resolution of problems and issues associated with installed applications and related information technologies. Diagnosis of failures encountered in application software and related technologies. Quality control of all application implementations/enhancements prior to release to customers. Maintains an awareness of vendor and industry developments/plans in area(s) of responsibility, communication and documentation of all relevant items and activities.

Work with Testing and Training Coordinators to analyze resource availability (Trainers, rooms, workstations). Consistently improve online, internal customer learning and usability experience within the Learning Management System and career enrichment portal. Serve as an internal eLearning consultant to share best practice instructional design and quality standards. Perform regular LMS quality assurance checks to ensure proper system functionality, courseware deployment, testing/certifications and data communication in the development environment and post-production environment. Research and resolve LMS functionality issues as they arise.
