- Overlooked the HR function at the Hospital (60 Bed Hospital with 250 staff) and led an HR team of 3 members.

- Ensured the smooth functioning of the HR functions inclusive of, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Grievance Handling, etc.
