LOGISOLVE LLC. – Principal Consultant June 2007 – Present Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota – Senior Manager June 2016 – Present As part of the Operation Model Transformation, BCBS MN has outsourced majority of their IT operations to a third-party vendor, Highmark, to manage their new and existing clients’ renewals and claims processing. CCS is a subsidiary of BCBS MN which is also migrating to the Highmark suite of applications starting 2018

As the Project Manager for Vendor Integrations, responsible for the preparedness of all CCS Vendors to continue supporting clients as they migrate to the Highmark platform.

Worked with current CCS IT and business leadership and teams to complete a detailed analysis of around 150 existing vendor integrations and finalize the list of 45 vendors.

Facilitated requirement & design reviews of integrations with CCS IT & different Highmark workstreams who worked in scrums and used the agile methodology.

Overseeing the coordination of Highmark teams and individual vendors’ development efforts to ensure vendors are aligned with Highmark standards to seamlessly migrate clients on to their platform on schedule.

Oversaw the creation of an interim data tracking application using Access to manage Client rate data that was yet to be available on the new platform to facilitate successful and complete migration of commercial clients. Ecolab – Senior PMO Consultant March 2015 – June 2016 Ecolab was deploying a home-grown field service application across the globe which facilitates operations for multiple business units.

Facilitated design and set up of PMO processes to improve the cross organizational and cross functional communications for this program.

Worked internally with IT and externally with Business Unit leadership to build templates that clearly convey the health of the program deliverables and financials and its various projects with regards to new product features identification, development, QA and production support.

Enhanced financial templates and created an overall dashboard to standardize exchange of information. Prime Therapeutics – Scrum Master & Senior Project Manager August 2015 – March 2016 Prime Therapeutics Clinical Review department was migrating the Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA) process for existing and new clients to a vendor application suite from CoverMy Meds. This required changes to internal Prime applications and building an Integration framework with the vendor applications. New functionality and enhancements were delivered by different IT teams using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Planned, scheduled and coordinated the different IT deliverables for specific client migrations, working with business resources, Prime IT and the vendors’ delivery team using a hybrid of waterfall & agile methodology.

Successfully completed migration of 2 major clients on to the new system and worked on IT enhancements required for next batch of client migrations and on boarding of a new client on to the vendor system.

As Scrum Master for Prime IT’s Enterprise Web Services team, delivered a suite of web services consumed internally & externally to accelerate the ePA process & reduce human intervention for a review.

CIGNA Corporation – Senior Project Manager December 2013 – June 2015 As a part of CIGNA’s Pharmacy vendor migration, a Pharmacy Integration Layer was created which consisted of five applications that facilitated transfer of pharmacy data between various upstream and downstream application and external Claims fulfillment vendors by normalizing & transforming data using web services and batch jobs.

Coordinated with a team of Cigna employees and multiple vendor resources to deliver multiple web services and batch job processes across multiple releases that facilitated transfer of CIGNA clients’ eligibility and benefits data required for pharmacy claims fulfillment.

Monitored development and testing activities using Agile Methodology, internal to the Integration Layer team and synchronized delivery with integration partners who used Waterfall Methodology.

Initiated and managed performance testing for high volume transactions and batch jobs.
